STAGING SERVICES

We offer services to fit any budget and timeframe.

CONSULTATION and PROPOSAL (credited towards any future staging  services)
We will spend 1-2 hours (depending upon the size of home) looking at your home from the outside and the inside, and approaching each room through the “Buyer’s Eyes”, gathering first impressions, and customizing an action plan. We will take measurements, take lots of photos and develop a detailed Action Plan in order to make the most efficient use of your existing furnishings and accessories.  We will identify  the  most important items needing completion to improve the home’s marketability and provide ‘before’ photos. Then, working within your budget, we can discuss how to transform, highlight your home’s best features and schedule a date to begin our future staging days. 

HALF DAY STAGING (up to 4 hours)
For homes that need just a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet.  Using the prepared Action Plan (from Consultation) we will work with you, using the furniture and accessories that you already own.  We will stage a portion of your home to create a dramatic transformation, giving it the “WOW FACTOR”. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room and provide a visual aid for purchases you may wish to make to complete that show-ready look.  A photo shoot is included and we will e-mail you and your Realtor ‘after’ photos for your marketing purposes. 

FULL DAY STAGING
This service is for those homes that need more attention and expertise or are more than 2000 square feet.  Using our Action Plan (from Consultation) we will spend a full day transforming the main areas of your home and starting at the curb.  You won’t believe what a difference a day makes! Together, we will set a budget, we may also recommend repairs or services needed to get your home market ready. We will create enticing surrounding that will appeal to the largest number of buyers. Using as many of your existing belongings to accessorize the home, we will make recommendations for additional purchases, if necessary, or we can provide them at an additional cost. A photo shoot is included and we will e-mail you and your realtor the ‘after’ photos of the transformation for marketing purposes.  Some homes may require more than one full day. 

DO IT YOURSELF “MANUAL”
The “Do It Yourself” DIY manual is a personalized extensive, 30+ page report detailing all the actions Featured Home would take to transform the home as well as tips and trick from pros.  We give you the expertise so you can supply the energy and take the time to do the improvements 

SENIOR TRANSITIONS SERVICES
Our focus is to make Senior(s) downsizing transition be as smooth and stress-free as possible. We will help seniors re-organize and de-clutter while downsizing. We will help select their most precious furnishings and accessories that will best fit their new home.  We can also coordinate the packing and moving to the new residence,  Once the furnishing have been moved we will help decorate the new residence so it will be MOVE IN READY and when they open the door to their new residence they will feel at home once again.
